The Course includes access to online video tutorials, downloadable resources, community forums, and, depending on the plan chosen, may include live Q&A sessions, project feedback, and one-on-one mentorship.
To access certain features of the Website and enroll in the Course, you may be required to register for an account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course content without the express written permission of Sonic Academy Australia. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonic Academy Australia relating to the Website and the Course and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Sonic Academy Australia with respect to the Website and the Course.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
